These Terms govern your use of Tiny Plant Lab. By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. Who operates Tiny Plant Lab
Tiny Plant Lab is an independent game project operated by a developer based in Chile (“Tiny Plant Lab,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms apply to the mobile application, website, updates, and related services.
2. Limited license
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tiny Plant Lab for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform where you obtained the app.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass security, extract assets for redistribution, use automated tools to interfere with the game, or exploit Tiny Plant Lab except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Game progress and availability
The current game may store progress locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting and backing up your device. Progress may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear storage, change devices, experience a device failure, or install an incompatible version.
We may balance, update, add, remove, or change plants, prices, timers, rewards, features, and availability. We do not guarantee that the game, a particular feature, or local save data will always remain available or unchanged.
4. Purchases, ads, and virtual items
Tiny Plant Lab may include optional advertisements, rewarded ads, or purchases in future releases. Any purchase is processed by Apple, Google, or another authorized platform and is subject to that platform’s payment and refund rules.
Virtual currency, seeds, plants, upgrades, and other game items have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be exchanged for real money unless we expressly state otherwise. We may adjust virtual items when reasonably necessary for balance, security, technical, or legal reasons.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the game unlawfully or to harm another person.
- Interfere with, overload, manipulate, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or its services.
- Use cheats, modified clients, bots, exploits, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
- Impersonate Tiny Plant Lab or falsely claim an official relationship with the project.
- Use our art, name, logo, code, or other content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
6. Intellectual property
Tiny Plant Lab, its visual identity, original artwork, software, text, game systems, audio, and other content are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. App-store names and third-party services remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Feedback
If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while you retain ownership of any rights you may have in your original submission.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Plant Lab is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free software, permanent availability, or preservation of local game data. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Plant Lab and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of progress, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the game or service giving rise to the claim during the previous twelve months.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tiny Plant Lab at any time. We may suspend or end access to services if reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, address fraud or security, comply with law, or discontinue the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as Tiny Plant Lab evolves. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
